To enter the Tres Pescados Slam Tournament you'll need to register using the Team Packet that you can download at
http://www.tres-pescado-tourament.org/team_packet.pdf and if you're planning on being
one of the pro teams you'll want to register early as there is a limited number of available fly
fishing guides here on the island. The contestant team is responsible for obtaining and paying his guide.

Need To Create A Team?:
Teams for the Tres Pescados Slam Tournament consist of no more than 2 fly fishers
and 1 guide for the Pro Division and no more than 2 fly fishers without a guide for the amateur division.

Looking to put a team togther? Fielding a team can be a fun event for local fly shops, sporting goods outlets, fly fishing clubs,
and other organizations. We recommend hosting a "Cast Off" or other similar events in your local town whereby 2
person fly fishing teams compete for the chance to attend the Tres Pescados Slam Tournament here in Belize
can not only be fun but profitable for your organization.
Holding a "Cast Off" event is rather simple with an elimination event where entries assemble at the
local casting ponds, park, or other venue where 200 feet of casting area is available and compete for
distance or accuracy. Providing team sponsorship via donations, entry fees, or other means, will help
your organization as well as defray the costs of sending the team to compete in Belize.

A "Cast Off" event can bring your local fly casters into your fly shop. We have a Tres Pescados
Slam Tournament "Cast Off" poster in .pdf format available on this site for download and printing
